ختنه پسران ۱۲ ساله
داروی بیهوشی به صورت تزریقی یا کرم به نوزاد داده میشود تا آلت تناسلی را بی حس کند.
با این حال ما ختنه را با خدماتی توصیه می کنیم که
بی حسی موضعی کافی را برای انجام عملی بدون درد فراهم می کنند.
مُسکن خوراکی کافی نیز باید در دوره
بهبودی مصرف شود که این مدت زمان ممکن است
تا دو هفته طول بکشد. همچنین در طول
دوره بهبودی می توان از پمادهای ضدالتهابی مسکن نیز استفاده کرد.
برای کودکان، محیط و عقاید والدین نیز نقش مهمی در نحوه راحتی کودک در طول ختنه ایفا می کند.
برای انجام عمل ختنه به چه دکتری مراجعه کنیم؟
در صورتی که تا دو هفته بعد حلقه نیفتاد، شما
باید به پزشک مراجعه کنید.
مراقب ایجاد عفونت که همراه با ترشحات بدبو
و زردرنگ است، باشید و در صورت
تورم در آلت تناسلی، انسداد مجاری ادراری یا ایجاد عفونت حتما به پزشک مراجعه نمایید.
بدین ترتیب که حلقه پلاستیکی را روی
نوک آلت قرار میدهند و بر روی حلقه با نخ گره میزنند.
نکته دیگری که والدین باید برای تمیزی
این ناحیه انجام دهند، پاک کردن ادرار و مدفوع از سطح ناحیه تناسلی
است. همانطور که میدانید بهداشت ناحیهی تناسلی بسیار
مهم است و همهی پزشکان به
رعایت آن اصرار میکنند؛ بنابراین رعایت
بهداشت فردی اولین و مهمترین راهی است که
از بروز سرطان جلوگیری میکند.
مردانی که بهداشت جنسی پایینی دارند بیشتر در
خطر ابتلا به سرطاناند. جالب است

سال قبل مربوط میدانند و اکنون پس از گذشت قرنها از

خواهیم کرد. دورهٔ نقاهت ختنه معمولاً یک
هفته یا بیشتر طول میکشد و کودک در ان مدت نیز
درد را تجربه میکند. مشکلی که ممکن است ختنه کردن در ماههای اول تولد به وجود آورد عبارت است
از زخم شدن نوک سوراخ آلت که باید از پیدایش آن جلوگیری کرد.
در مردان بالغ، میکرو پنیس، یک آلت تناسلی با
اندازه اینچ یا کمتر تعریف
می شود. جلوگیری از ابتلا به تنگی پوست
ختنه گاه یا عدم توانایی عقب
کشیدن پیش پوست و جلوگیری از حالتی که به آن بیرون
آمدن سر آلت می گویند. لازم است بدانید این روش ختنه با لیزر همان روش سنتی یعنی از برش
و بخیه استفاده می شود، با این تفاوت که در
هنگام بریدن پوست بجای چاقو از کاتر برقی
استفاده می کنند. در اصل در این روش
تفاوتی وجود ندارد، ضمن اینکه احتمال
عوارضی مثل خون ریزی در روش لیزری بیشتر می باشد.
مانند آلت تناسلی که ختنه شده است، آلت
تناسلی ختنه نشده نیز باید
تمیز نگه داشته شود. همچنین، نیازی به سواب
پنبهای، قابض یا محصولات حمام خاصی نیست –
فقط هر بار که کودک خود را حمام میکنید
کافیست با با آب گرم شستشو شود.
عمل ختنه کوتاه مدت است و درد بلافاصله پس از آن کمتر میشود.
از حضور پدر بزرگترهای دیگر در خانواده
که قبلا ختنه شدهاند استفاده کنید.
از کودک بخواهید پس از عمل هر درد
یا ناراحتی را حس کرد با شما درمیان بگذارد تا بتوانید کمکش
کنید. بررسی تمامی نکات با پزشک و کودک بهطور مفصل تا اطمینان حاصل
کنید. اینکه کودک بداند چه اتفاقی خواهد افتاد
و فرآیند چگونه خواهد بود میتواند او را آرام کند.
اما چنانچه این عمل در کودکان و بزرگسالان انجام گیرد، نمیتوان
تنها با استفاده از بیحسی جراحی را
انجام داد. در این مطلب ما قصد داریم در مورد آیا ختنه کردن باعث
کوچکی آلت تناسلی میشود یا خیر؟ توضیح دهیم تا
انتهای این مطلب با ما همراه باشید.
با توجه به این نکات و اینکه کاهش
طول آلت معمولا در حد یک تا دو سانتیمتر است بنابراین معمولا، و نه همیشه، کیفیت آمیزش جنسی
زوجین دچار تغییر نمیشود. باید توضیح بدید اینجا قسمت
های خصوصی هر نفر است و هیچکس اجازه نداره ببینه
یا دست بزنه . با این حال برای اینکه 2 پسر دارید و ممکنه در خانه
تنها بشن و مشکل ساز بشند حتما با مشاوره کودکان صحبت کنید.
من خودم هم وقتی 12 سالم بود ختنه شدم.یک روز
که خواهرم معاینه ام می کرد بهم گفت همه پسرها قبل از 16 سالگی باید ختنه بشن چون مثل سربازی
براشون اجباریه.
در صورت مشاهده خونریزی بهتر است برای اطمینان خاطر خود به پزشک
مربوطه مراجعه کنید تا رسیدگیهای لازم انجام گیرد.
پوشک فرزند خود را محکم نبندید؛ چراکه
نباید به آلت کودک فشاری وارد شود.
هنگامی که پوست انتهایی برداشته میشود، آلت بهطور کامل در معرض دید قرار میگیرد که جهت رعایت بهداشت و تمیزی انجام میشود.
تصمیم گیری را به والدین واگذار می
کند و استفاده از داروهای
بی حسی را برای این روش توصیه می
کند.
امروزه تو این قرن جدید این همه آدم ختنه نکرده دارن صحیح و سالم
زندگی میکنن، این همه بچه توی کشورای دیگه بدون این که ختنه بشن بدون مشکل و عفونتی بزرگ
میشن. از آنجا که در وهله اول مردان خطر
بالایی از این موارد ندارند، کاهش خطرات آنها نیز فواید
زیادی ندارد. در صورت نبود مشکل، بهتر است 2 هفته پس از ختنه به
پزشک جهت ویزیت کودک مراجعه شود.
در این روش، بافت زیر پوست مجرای آلت تناسلی را با لیزر می سوزانند اما نسبت به روش های گفته
شده کمتر انجام می شود. ختنه خطر آلودگی به تبخال تناسلی را ۳۰
تا ۴۰ درصد و خطر آلوده شدن به
گونههای خطرناک ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی را که با سرطان ربط دارد سی
درصد کاهش میدهد.
دلیل دیگر می تواند برای جلوگیری از انتقال عفونت
های جنسی مانند HIV باشد. در این حالت پوست به عقب برمی گردد و باعث
درد در حین نعوظ و در موارد نادر مشکلات ادرار می شود.
فراموش نکنید که استفاده از پمادهایی که پزشک پس از
عمل ختنه برای فرزندتان تجویز میکند پس از هر بار شستشو الزامی و ضروری است.
کودکانی که دچار ناهنجاریهای مادرزادی می باشند، ختنه برایشان تا اطلاع ثانوی توصیه نمی
شود.
بهترین کار این است که ختنه نوزاد را به یک پزشک متخصص بسپارید.
همچنین تکنیکهای کاهش درد غیردارویی، به عنوان مثال، وضعیت قرارگیری بدن یا پستانک، به تنهایی برای جلوگیری از درد عمل ختنه و درد بعد از عمل
کافی نیستند و به عنوان تنها روش تخفیف درد
توصیه نمیشوند. آنها فقط باید
به عنوان روش ضددرد کمکی برای بهبود راحتی نوزاد هنگام انجام
ختنه استفاده شوند. در صورت
استفاده، کرمهای موضعی ممکن است در نوزادانی
که وزن کمی دارند در مقایسه با نوزادانی که وزن طبیعی دارند، باعث نرخ وقوع بالاتری
از تحریکات پوستی شوند. بنابراین، برای این
گروه از نوزادان باید روشهای بلوک عصب
آلت تناسلی انتخاب شود. ختنه شامل برداشتن همه یا بخشی از پیشپوست (غلفه) از آلت تناسلی توسط جراحی یا روشهای مختلفی مثل
حلقه است.
لازم به ذکر است که معمولا در ختنه به روش Plastibell نیازی به
پانسمان نیست. به هیچ عنوان پوشک
فرزند خود را محکم نبندید؛ چراکه نباید به آلت کودک فشاری وارد بشود.
پس از انجام ختنه حتما روی زخم کودک را یک گاز نرم
قرار دهید.
ختنه بیشتر از اسلام در دین یهود تبلیغ میشه و یکی از مشترکات
اسلام و یهود که در سال
2012 و جنگ پارلمانی آلمان اشتراک بیشتری بین این دو
مذهب با موضوع ختنه پیش اومد.
چون دادگاه آلمان رأی به ممنوع بودن و خلاق حقوق بشر بودن ختنه داد و بعد از اون گروه های مذهبی اسلام و یهود مشترکأ اعتراضات گسترده کردند که
باعث جنجال بین المللی شد.
این کار چه تو دختر چه پسر عملی غیر انسانی، غیر اخلاقی و جاهلانه است و باعث ناقص سازی و مشکلات فراوان جسمی و روحی و اخلاقی و شخصیتی برای فرد در بزرگسالی میشه.
از لحاظ علمی هم باز مجامع علمی دنیا صددرصد تأییدش نکردن تازه میگن اغلب ضررش از نفعش
بیشتره تازه میگن اگه میخواید انجام بدید تو سن زیر
سه ماهگی و بعد فقط ختنه درمانی باشه نه ختنه پیشگیری.
الان بالای 75 درصد پسران دنیا ختنه نکردن برای هیچکدومشون
هم مشکلی به وجود نیامده. سلام.من الان
18 سالمه وقتی 12 سالم بود ختنه کردم.کاملا درک میکنم اون
ترس عادیه.ولی اگه بزرگ تر بشن ممکنه
با مشکلات بزرگتری روبه رو بشن.به
نظرم تا الان هم دیر شده ولی دیگه نزارید از این بیشتر بگذره.

امروزه مسلمانان، یهودیان و برخی از
مناطق دنیا از جمله بخشی از مسیحیان پسران خود را ختنه میکنند.
مسلمانان به دلایل اسلامی و مذهبی فرزند خود را ختنه
کرده اما بعضی از مذاهب و ادیان برای پیشگیری از برخی مشکلات پزشکی کودکان خود را ختنه میکنند.
علاوه بر این، بهبودی ممکن است دیرتر حاصل شود و خطر بروز عوارض
