Regatas que venia de ganarle a Belgrano el clásico sufrió una dura derrota antes Talleres de Arroyo Seco por 33 a 20 como local en el Cedyc por la 6º fecha del certamen del NIvel III de la Unión de Rugby de Rosario.
El partido arranco desfavorable para Regatas ya que a los 8 minutos perdía por 5 a 0 ante try de Talleres, pero Regatas supo darlo vuelta primero un Try de Filace y a los 19 minutos Agustín Brassi aprovechaba un penal y ponía las cosas 8 a 5 para los náuticos.
Pero a los 23 se filtro el apertura de Talleres para apoyar un nuevo try debajo de las Haches y su posterior conversión para pasar a ganar por 12 a 8.
Y sobre el final de los primeros 40 minutos Talleres llega de nuevo al ingoal local y le pone al primer tiempo cifras definitivas aprovechando la conversión para irse al descanso arriba por 19 a 8.
En el inicio del segundo tiempo un delantero de Arroyo Seco en una gran corrida vuelve anotar de a 5 y poner las cosas tras sumar con la conversión arriba para Talleres por 26 a 8.
A los 8 minutos llego un nuevo try de Talleres y ya la diferencia para los de Arroyo Seco era cómoda ya que le ganaba a Regatas por 33 a 8.
A los 14 minutos Regatas pudo descontar tras una corrida de Buzzio y achicar la diferencia a 20 y con varios minutos por jugar se pensaba en la reacción de Regatas que perdía por 33 a 13.
Regatas siguió intentando descontar pero fallaba demasiado ante el gran partido que realizaron los de Arroyo Seco y recién sobre el final del encuentro intercepto Buzzio para poner cifras definitivas al encuentro y dándole un resultado mas ajustado al partido de 33 a 20 con el que Talleres le gano a Regatas.
